Grosfillex

Grosfillex, a family-run company with an international vocation

A success story…

Grosfillex's story began in 1927, when Auguste, François and Jean Grosfillex decided to set up their company in Arbent, a small village in the Jura foothills. At the time, wood was the base material for their products (egg cups, napkin rings, tool handles, mallets, etc.)

In 1954, Raymond Grosfillex started to give the company its industrial and commercial dimension. The company moved away from standard utility products to launch the production of more sophisticated lifestyle-oriented products: garden furniture, planters, folding doors, joinery, etc. Wood products made way for the first plastic products. These new materials had great potential for improving the home environment with practical, comfortable, long-lasting and extremely robust products.

Grosfillex has 3 production sites in France, North America and Russia and is now the leading international company in all its product lines. The brand exports to all continents and is open to specific customer requirements, providing solutions that are specifically adapted to the needs of local markets.

Environmental respect has been a company ethic ever since its creation. In the year 2000 Grosfillex joined the sustainable development program Vinyl 2010. Grosfillex and those who contribute daily to its success, are permanently hunting down solutions to provide consumers with sound, harmless and recyclable products.
