The worksite principle operates from product design right through to installation, both for new properties and renovation works. More than 40 years cooperation, exchange and dialogue with architects and contracting authorities has brought a thorough understanding of worksite restrictions and a wide range of simple solutions adapted to specific applications. Installation is carried out directly by our works teams or, on the local market, by our network of carpenter partners. Grosfillex Construction has installed 3 million windows, with over 10,000 operations conducted across the full French territory.

VRI Sunbaie casement window
The Sunbaie VRI is a casement window with a built-in roller-blind compartment specifically designed for our construction systems (new properties and renovation works). Its roller-blind is integrated into the fixed part of the window right from the manufacturing phase and complies with the highest standards and certifications. It is an exceptionally reliable, hard-bearing product with fully sealed joints. The compartment has impeccable aesthetics and comes in 2 sizes, to meet interior design requirements and to optimise the window space whilst allowing easy access to the mechanism. It can be manoeuvred using straps, winches or motors and is fitted with storm-proof runners with anti-noise joints. It can be fitted with a PVC, profiled or extruded aluminium apron.

All Grosfillex joinery products and casement windows are manufactured with respect for sustainable development. Grosfillex has been using lead-free PVC for several years now, voluntarily committing to the Vinyl 2010 plan, well ahead of time.
The highly controlled industrial process generates virtually zero CO2 emissions and consumes clean energy (electricity) only. The utmost care is taken to ensure that production waste is minimised, re-used and recycled, including re-use of PVC profile off-cuts.
Our products are perfectly compliant with thermal and phonic regulations applicable to the Construction sector and participate in a positive way to saving energy. Grosfillex PVC joinery products have a very long life span, they are fire-retardant and have no specific maintenance requirements, they are recyclable at their end of life by means of an organised collection system (totally inert, 100% recyclable PVC).

Grosfillex Construction: a group of 10 agencies covering the whole of France. They coordinate marketing and worksite operations, from development of technical plans right through to the final delivery phase. They all have a structure dedicated to after-sales services.
Grosfillex Construction : is also a national network of partner carpenters, ensuring that requirements specific to the local market are met.
