We design, manufacture, and market our products for home improvement.
Our business activities are divided into three areas: technical and industrial, commercial, and general. 

Technical and industrial occupations

The creation of new products, their industrialization, and their production require skills in design, mechanics, plastics processing, decoration-printing, assembly, and building finishing, depending on the divisions involved.

Production and logistics

Our production sites specialize in plastic processing techniques: injection molding, profile extrusion, and related techniques: compounding, assembly, decoration, printing, storage, and logistics.

Gender Equality Index

Declared a major national cause, equal pay for women and men has been the subject of legislative measures, with the adoption of the law of September 5, 2018, and its implementing decree of January 8, 2019.

The Grosfillex Group intends to continue the efforts it has been making for several years in the area of professional equality, and in particular to achieve a better balance in the recruitment of women and men, in order to promote diversity in sectors and/or professions in which women are under-represented.

The progress targets for indicators that have not yet reached their maximum score are as follows:

  • Pay gaps: Analyze and take action for categories and age groups where we see a clear gap, in order to get as close as possible to the 40-point score.
  • High salaries: For equal skills, favor female candidates for management positions, provided that recruitment is open and that female candidates are effective.
