We design, manufacture, and market our products for home improvement.
Our business activities are divided into three areas: technical and industrial, commercial, and general.

The creation of new products, their industrialization, and their production require skills in design, mechanics, plastics processing, decoration/printing, assembly, and building finishing, depending on the divisions involved.
Design - Research and Development

- Research and development

Our production sites specialize in the following plastic processing techniques
: injection, profile extrusion, and
in related techniques: compounding, assembly, decoration,
printing, storage, and logistics.
You can pursue a career within our departments:
- Methods,
- Maintenance,
- Programming,
- Quality,
- Warehouse operations,
- Production.

Our sales forces are present throughout France and internationally.
You can pursue a career in the following roles:
- Field sales representative,
- Negotiation,
- Commercial management,

The Grosfillex Group supports this initiative and publishes the results of the 2026 Index for the year 2025.
The progress targets for indicators that did not achieve the maximum score are as follows:
Pay gap indicator:
