1. How to receive your package?

Upon receipt of your package, we kindly ask you to follow the instructions below in the presence of the delivery person.

From your experience on our website, to placing your order, to the penultimate step: receiving your goods. The merchandise is intact.

The merchandise appears to have suffered minimal damage.

The goods have suffered significant damage.

3. How to express reservations appropriately?

Here are some important guidelines to ensure that everything goes smoothly when you receive your order and that you encounter any issues with it.

Examples of inadmissible reservations

"Subject to unpacking and inspection"

"X pieces missing"

"Damaged goods, noticed after unpacking"

"Package opened, smashed, crushed, damaged"

"Defective packaging. Damaged box."

"Pallet broken or fallen off the truck"

Examples of reservations that may be accepted

"X items missing" + specify the nature and reference of the product and whether the package has been opened or resealed.

"Damaged product" + also specify the nature of the damage and the part.
(e.g., package dented on top, reference Z broken)

"Package opened or damaged." Specify the number of damaged items, the reference number of the damaged product, and describe the damage (e.g., damaged package, 3 broken Z references).

"Broken pallet" + also specify if there is damage to the goods, indicate the product concerned and detail the damage

"Signs of impact" + it is essential to check the contents and also make a note on the relevant item, detailing the damage (e.g., signs of impact on package 1, two items, Z side dented).
