There are several options available to you for installing your PVC floor tiles or wall panels.

Wall mounting:

On old tile flooring, you have two options:

1. You can glue your paneling using our GX Power glue or our powerful adhesives. To apply the glue, make zigzag strokes from top to bottom of your cladding , use a level to position your tile or panel correctly, then press down firmly on the entire surface. The glue does not adhere immediately, so you can make any necessary adjustments.
   
2. For adhesive installation, apply adhesive every 20 cm around the edge of your tile or panel. Then randomly distribute a few adhesives over the entire surface of your substrate. Once you have applied your paneling, press down firmly over the entire surface. Please note that once you have done this, you will not be able to remove it to readjust its position.
   
3. You can also attach your paneling by screwing it into the blade profile designed for this purpose.
   

On plasterboard:

1. You can use the first two types of applications.
2. Staple installation: the profile of our panels or tiles allows them to be stapled directly onto your plasterboard. Simply slot the next panel into place for a perfect connection.

On battens:

1. Installation on battens is carried out when your wall is damaged with more than 3 mm of unevenness or when you want to leave a space allowing natural ventilation in case of moisture. Only stapling is recommended in this case.

Ceiling installation:

1. Ceiling installation can be done using metal brackets. These allow space between your ceiling and your paneling. This space allows cables to be discreetly routed for the installation of spotlights.
2. Another solution is also possible, which is to staple or screw directly.
3. Installation on battens by stapling or screwing.

Laying composite tile slabs is very quick and easy.

Simply use GX Extra Power adhesive, which is specifically designed for bonding these wall tiles and does not alter their composition in any way. This odorless adhesive dries very quickly but allows you ample time to adjust the position of your tile to ensure it is level.

Choose the pose that suits you

The advantage of these compact composite tiles is that they can be assembled together even if they are different sizes. Mix 30 x 60 cm tiles with 45 x 90 cm tiles for greater customization. They are a perfect match, and these dimensions have been designed to allow for this combination of sizes.

Vertically or horizontally, anything is possible.

On which surfaces should the tiles be applied?

On old tile or drywall

A healthy wall

A wall that is considered sound is one with irregularities of less than 3 mm. PVC cladding can then be installed directly onto it without using battens.

A damaged wall

On a damaged or damp surface, a framework is strongly recommended. In most cases, wooden battens are used, or even treated wood if damp is present, to allow air to circulate.

On all interior walls, regardless of your living space:
- Kitchen
- Living room
- Bedroom
- Laundry room
- Bathroom, as many Grosfillex wall coverings are also 100% waterproof, making them ideal for wet rooms (especially shower stalls).

• On the entire wall, or only on part of it:
  - Splashback
  - Base
  - Headboard.
• On sheltered exterior ceilings and roof undersides

The surface must be flat (irregularities up to 3 mm), clean, and dry. Most
surfaces are acceptable: wallpaper, tile, painted walls, plastered walls, and wainscoting.
Different installation methods are possible depending on the condition of the wall (see the preparation section).

PRECAUTIONS
Do not install near a significant heat source: radiator, fireplace, stove top,
south-facing window, etc.

TIPS
Installing decorative slats and panels vertically will make your room appear taller but also narrower. Installing PVC slats horizontally will make your room appear wider
but it will also appear lower.

Grosfillex coverings are particularly resistant and quick and easy to install in
any room in the house, on walls, ceilings, or under roofs. They can be easily cut to the desired dimensions.

The slats, tiles, and panels are lightweight and therefore easy to handle

The work site is clean:

• no use of messy products
• for gluing or joining, no dripping

PVC paneling is highly water-resistant, making it very popular in bathrooms and kitchens.
Grosfillex coverings are water-repellent and rot-proof (mold-resistant)

They are also used in public buildings (hospitals, schools, offices, hotels, factories, etc.). Some panels are used in "clean rooms" (milking parlors, food processing rooms, etc.) because they are hygienic.

Grosfillex coverings are economical: they save time and labor compared to other wall solutions. In terms of budget, they are very cost-effective; in most cases, PVC paneling is also available at more attractive prices if you look at the price per square meter.

The colors of PVC cladding are guaranteed to last thanks to the protective varnish on the decorative panels. Some designs can be used outdoors.

Grosfillex cladding requires little maintenance: a soft cloth and soapy water are all you need.

Grosfillex coverings offer good fire resistance (see fire rating according to range). They are flame-resistant and self-extinguishing.

PVC cladding is one solution for renovating, embellishing, or decorating an interior wall, regardless of its condition. It can be installed on part or all of the walls, vertically or
horizontally.

PVC paneling is available in honeycomb slats with dimensions that vary depending on the application:

• 1.20 m slats > very easy to install and ideal for decorative compositions.
• 2.60 m planks > very quick to install per square meter and offering a turnkey decorative solution.

Time saving
These composite wall tiles require no special tools and no grouting between them. Their profile already incorporates grout lines for an ultra-realistic finish. Their 30 x 60 cm or 45 x 90 cm format and ultra-light weight make them easy to handle. They can be cut using a simple cutter, so adjusting them to the dimensions of your surfaces takes just a few seconds.

A clean construction site
No more construction sites taking over your entire home—composite wall tiles are delivered in cardboard boxes (be sure to dispose of the packaging in the appropriate recycling bin). Take out the tiles as and when you need them and cut them with a utility knife. Run the knife two or three times along the line you have drawn on the tile, place it on the edge of a table with the part to be removed hanging over the edge, and tap it sharply. The break is clean and neat, with no dust around you.

The mineral or wood designs printed on these composite tiles are ultra-realistic, and the textured feel enhances the realism of the materials reproduced.
